JOB SUMMARY: Assists in the provision of program and administrative support functions, including, but not limited to, general bookkeeping services in support of one or more trustee student organizations and the Trustee Student Organization Support area. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the provision of financial, administrative, and program support to Tier III/Trustee Staff and student leaders. Respond to and resolve financial questions and issues, including those related to Trustee Student Organizations and University policy, process and procedure. Process daily banking transactions for student organization(s) such as cash, check, credit card, ACH deposits, check payments and reimbursements. Manage accounts payable and purchasing for student organization(s), including ProCard, PSA, purchase requisition, purchase order, and invoice processing. Manage accounts receivable for student organization(s), including internal and external parties, including invoicing, tracking, problem resolution, collecting, and processing payments.
