This role requires you to be located in the Pacific Standard time zone, Eastern Standard time zone or Central Standard time zone. Who are you?: As Steno’s Billing Assistant, you’ll support accurate and efficient billing for our providers or clients by managing invoices, monitoring communications, and coordinating across teams. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. With a solid understanding of billing procedures and strong analytical skills, you ensure every task is completed with precision and professionalism—delivering white-glove service to our clients and partners every step of the way.
