Sr Director, Compensation Location: Nashville, TN: The Sr Director Compensation leads enterprise compensation strategy, governance, and execution to attract and retain talent while maintaining internal equity and market competitiveness. This role oversees global broad-based and executive pay programs, job architecture, pay equity monitoring, market pricing, incentive design, and annual compensation cycles. The leader partners with Finance, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Legal to align compensation programs with business priorities and regulatory requirements. The role drives analytics, process excellence, and technology/AI enablement, and stewards education for leaders and HR on compensation philosophy and practices.
