The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the organization by executing the daily functions of the Human Resource department, including recruiting, compensation, employee relations, performance management, leave of absences, benefits, enforcing company policies and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and leadership staff. This position requires solid organizational and analytical skills, with a focus on attention to detail with strong background in Compliance and Labor Laws.
