Installation Field Engineer

Job description

Role Purpose: To deliver high-quality, customer-facing installations of broadband and Wi-Fi services to end users within VFAST-enabled holiday and leisure parks. The role focuses on connectivity, in-unit installations, fault resolution, and ensuring an excellent end-user experience aligned with SLA and brand expectations. Aligned with our Company Values: - Pace ensures we meet demand and scale delivery across parks - Excellence ensures we do it right first time and protect margin and reputation - Together ensures the field operation integrates effectively with the wider business Location: South West: Field-based (UK-wide travel, primarily leisure parks) Salary: £25,500 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience Key Responsibilities: - End User Installations - Install broadband services into park homes, lodges, and static caravans using a mix of: - Wireless (PtMP / WiMAX / LTE/5G CPE) - FTTP / Ethernet where available - Mount and align external CPE (where required) ensuring optimal signal performance - Run internal cabling (CAT5e/CAT6/ Fibre ) in a neat and compliant manner - Install and configure routers, access points, and associated equipment - Activate services and complete pro...
