Please Note: This position is contracted through 6/30, with the opportunity for extension. For over 125 years, Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens has been providing quality social services to the neighborhoods of Brooklyn and Queens and currently offers 160-plus programs and services for children, youth, adults, seniors, and those struggling with mental illness. STATEMENT OF THE JOB: Under the direction of the Program Manager, the CRED Case Manager I renders professional intervention to clients in need of assistance through comprehensive support services (engagements, assessment, intake, application assistance, connection to services and resources to meet their goals, retention and follow-up).
