Description: · Maintain assigned aircraft in accordance with Navy, Manufacturer and Company Instructions. · Provide guidance to Mechanic I within the work center or special work group by sharing technical knowledge to enhance accomplishment of assigned tasks. · Monitor progress of work being performed on assigned aircraft. · Evaluate condition of engine and dynamic components requiring inspections as a result of operation outside of established parameters. · Coordinate with supervision and Quality Assurance to resolve questions concerning serviceability and/or repair procedures. · Use provided test equipment and Ground Support Equipment to perform assigned tasks. · Read, interpret, and apply instructions from blueprints, schematics and other approved data. · Assist with ordering parts, tools, materials and equipment as required. · Document work accomplished on Maintenance Action Forms (MAF). · Perform aircraft maintenance and recoveries away from home field when authorized. · Maintain cleanliness of the work center and around your assigned work area. · Responsible for adhering to all applicable Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention rules and regulations. · Responsible for adhering...
