Your Team: The Sales CRM Manager sits within the Sales Performance Team in the broader Sales Strategy and Adviser Services team in Distribution. The Sales Performance team sits at the intersection of data, technology, and commercial strategy – providing the insights, CRM enablement, and decision support that help Distribution leaders and sales teams focus on what matters and grow with confidence. This role reports to the Director, Sales Performance and liaises with sales leaders and their teams from the Platforms and Investments teams as well as other key stakeholders across the business.
