Senior Product Manager Grade D - £45,091 - £53,460 per annum Permanent: Working 36.5 hours per week: About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join the Product function within the Digital & Customer Services Division at Birmingham City Council, supporting the delivery of high‑quality digital products and services that make a real difference for residents, businesses and colleagues. This role is ideal for a senior product practitioner who enjoys working on complex or high‑impact products, leading multidisciplinary teams, and helping organisations adopt user‑centred, outcome‑focused ways of working. As part of Digital and Technology Services, you will contribute to our wider product mission and play an important role in strengthening product capability across the organisation. You will work closely with colleagues across services, platforms, design, data and technology to ensure our products deliver value, are accessible and inclusive, and represent good value for money.
