** Please only apply if you have current Right to Work in Germany** SUMMARY: The Medic is responsible for providing medical services in accordance with good medical practice and applicable rules and regulations. The Offshore Medic is primarily responsible for all aspects of health management and support including Primary Care and Trauma Care. The Medic reports to the OIM on all medical cases that could affect the safety of the rig or require mandatory reporting. RMI Global Solutions personnel have the responsibility to observe, respect and comply with client HSSEQ standards including the client Management System and in particular, the work permit system. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Medical Treatment Cases (MTC) - To provide primary and emergency care for all workers including diagnosing and managing routine medical conditions and minor injuries. - To supervise the physical and mental health of all crew on board. - To discuss all significant medical cases with Topside Doctor and if necessary summon emergency medical support and provide functional leadership to prepare personnel for evacuation in accordance with the rig’s Medical Emergency Response Pl...
