We are working closely alongside with Southern Housing to assist with the appointment of a DLO Electrician , on a 3-month contract , likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: £146.05 - £192.71 per day Summary: Deliver high-quality electrical repairs, maintenance, and compliance work across residential properties. Ensure safe, well-maintained homes while providing an excellent, resident-focused service. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, inspections, and testing - Diagnose faults and complete work efficiently (first-time fix) - Complete reports and update systems using mobile devices - Deliver work within agreed timescales and quality standards - Participate in emergency and out-of-hours rota - NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) with AM2/AM2E - 18th Edition Wiring Regulations - Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or 2395) Essential Requirements: - Proven experience in electrical maintenance/installation - Strong knowledge of regulations and safety standards (e.g. NICEIC) - Ability to work independently and manage workload - Excellent communicati...
