Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Contribute to the develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals across regional operations. - Support the talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning functions from a field operations perspective. - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. - Partner with regional leadership to drive employee engagement, retention, and development programs. - Provide guidance on HR best practices, conflict resolution, and organizational development. - Support compensation, benefits, and payroll-related processes in collaboration with HR teams. - Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace. - Lead HR-related change management efforts for organizational growth and expansion. - Develop and mentor Human Resources Business Partners, fostering professional growth and operational excellence.
