The candidate shows proven ability to scale contract manufacture from concept to multi-million-dollar success across retail, e-commerce and DTC channels (Amazon, Sephora, Ulta, Target, Wal-Mart). The candidate has expertise in product lifecycle management, creative direction, cross-functional leadership and launching innovations in fast-paced markets.
