Job Description: - Review and carry out detailed inspections of all incoming goods invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance - Clarify differences and resolve ambiguities directly with contacts from our German- and English-speaking suppliers and carriers - Handle issues promptly and process all specific queries relating to sales and accounting - Maintain close communication with our Purchasing, Replenishment, Logistics, and Accounting departments - Support the processing of complaints, ensuring timely and fair resolutions - Assist with month-, quarter-, and year-end closings, contributing to smooth financial reporting - Identify and suggest opportunities to streamline processes within the Inv...
