What’s Encouraged Daily!: Own end ‑ to ‑ end SSD controller project execution, from architecture definition through silicon bring ‑ up, validation, and production release, ensuring schedule, quality, and cost targets are met. Work with multi-functional teams (IP design, firmware, validation, DV, PD, packaging, platform, and system teams) and drive alignment across hardware, firmware, and system integration. Define and track project plans, achievements, and risks, proactively identifying issues and driving mitigation plans across multiple development phases (FPGA, pre ‑ silicon, post ‑ silicon). Drive technical decision ‑ making for SSD controller features and tradeoffs, including PCIe/NVMe, NAND interfaces, performance, power, reliability, and security requirements.
