Overview The HR Generalist 2 coordinates and administers a variety of programs covering multiple HR activities. With direct supervision by HR Management or Senior HR professionals, will provide operational support and assist to coordinate or administer various aspects of the organization's on-boarding program and special projects. Responsibilities: - Work closely with HR leadership to determine project scope and direction• Collect and input data into HR systems• Report on project status to stakeholders• Complete employment offers and work closely with new employees through the orientation and on-boarding process• Handle employment-related inquiries from candidates and employees, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate HR partner.• Handle confidential information with utmost integrity• Collaborate with HR partners at different Cook companies• Maintain a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures• Develop and implement solutions to improve department effectiveness and efficiency• Process reports and maintain records as needed• Schedule and facilitate meetings/trainings• Trains and mentors other HR Generalists as required• Ability to work independently an...
