*Direct Support Professionals don’t change people but offer them a safe place to thrive independently. * Homewatch Caregivers® is a non-medical, in-home care agency. We provide unique care to adults of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities in the comfort and safety of their preferred residence. We are currently seeking a female DSP who is kind, compassionate, and has experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities. Those with intellectual disabilities may struggle to recognize and/or express their needs and emotions, causing them to become agitated. An empathetic, patient individual with an open mind and strong communication skills would be an ideal fit for this population.
