Job Description: Engineering Lead, Digital Experience The Role: Fidelity Investments is seeking an Engineering Leader for Digital Experience to lead the delivery of innovative digital capabilities that serve both internal associates and external clients, firms, and customers for our Institutional Wealth Management Services (IWMS) platform. This role is accountable for driving execution across one or more agile teams, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with business priorities. You will set technology standards, guide design decisions, and develop talent within your chapters. Partnering closely with product leaders, you will translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and oversee end-to-end delivery of digital experiences.
