We are seeking a hands ‑ on technical leader who will oversee day ‑ to ‑ day operations for a small team supporting laboratory information systems and laboratory equipment applications, including Roche, Sysmex, and Data Innovations. This role combines people leadership, technical expertise, and light project management to ensure high ‑ quality support, timely issue resolution, and strong collaboration with clinical, technical, and vendor partners.
