HI is one of the largest chemical toll manufacturers in the U.S. and our clients include many household name brands and large retailers. ABOUT THE JOB: The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all tasks associated with the training of production floor procedures, improving throughput rates and on-stream time and line costs, conducting clean-out quality assurance and supervising closeouts. This position also serves as a mediator between customers and production team members to ensure that all lines meet customer and company quality expectations. This role also assumes the duties of the Operations Manager when the Operations Manager is away from the plant.
