Description We are looking for a driven and upbeat candidate to join our team as a Maintenance Traveling Wind Technician with Acciona turbine experience. You will get to work with outstanding leadership and field teams and be part of the Company’s success! Our Wind Technicians inspect, install, maintain, operate, and repair wind turbines. Job Responsibilities: - Participates daily in morning safety meeting. - Completes inspection of equipment and tools for safe use. - Participate in Job Safety Analysis - Inspect the exterior and physical integrity of the tower. - Climb towers to inspect, troubleshoot, or repair turbine equipment. - Test electrical components and systems, as well as mechanical and hydraulic systems. - Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical malfunctions - Service underground transmission systems, wind field substations, or fiber optic sensing and control systems - Replace worn or malfunctioning components. - Follow maintenance manual and standard operating procedures for performing maintenance on wind turbine parts. - Complete and validate written and electronic progress reports - Complete end of day housekeeping. - Performs other job-related duties.
