Under supervision of the BCBA, this role will act as a lead RBT, providing additional support, training, and monitoring of RBTs to ensure program fidelity. The RBT Coach will support with ABA assessments (e.g., functional behavior, preference, and skill) and program development for patients referred for additional support.
