The Job Details: The Customer Service/Shipping & Receiving Clerk will be responsible for communicating effectively with customers regarding the inbound and outbound movements of their product. The position involves telephone work as well as electronic communication via fax and email. Typing and computer use is necessary for processing out bound customer orders. The position also involves processing inbound and outbound loads at the shipping and receiving window during times of heavy volume and coverage as needed.
