Job Description: The New York Post is seeking a Senior Manager, People Business Partner based in New York City. This is an important role supporting leaders across the newsroom and commercial functions, helping execute strategies for a fast-moving, high-profile media organization. Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will partner closely with leaders and employees to support organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee engagement, and culture initiatives. This role requires strong judgment, adaptability, and the ability to operate effectively in a performance-driven, deadline-oriented environment. You will bring a practical, solutions-focused mindset and collaborate closely with HR colleagues and corporate partners to ensure alignment, consistency, and application of best practices.
