The Senior Program Manager is responsible for driving the successful execution of marketing and event initiatives from intake through delivery. This role partners closely with Marketing, Events, Creative, Demand, Sales, and external vendors to ensure timelines stay on track, stakeholders remain aligned, and results are clearly communicated. As the leader of Marketing’s program and project management function, this position establishes best practices, drives process excellence, and provides teams with the tools and support needed for effective project delivery. The Senior Program Manager partners closely with executive leaders and cross‑functional teams to guide programs from concept through completion, with a strong focus on performance measurement and continuous improvement. This role is based at WellSky’s World Headquarters in Overland Park, KS.
