Description St. Croix Health is looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team of dedicated HR professionals working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment! This full-time position (1.0FTE), will typically work Monday – Friday, day hours. This role is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and leadership across the organization. The position formulates partnerships specific to the HR function, but inclusive of closely aligned people functions of education, organizational development, and process improvement, to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. 1.
