Hourly Pay Range: $48.93 - $75.84 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: - Position: Clinical Nurse Manager, Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Cardiac Telemetry Unit - Location: Highland Park Hospital - Full Time/Part Time: Full Time - Hours: Days (8am- 4:30p) - with rotating hours; 24/7 accountability - Required Travel: Ability to travel to other sites as needed What you will need: - License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required. Master’s degree in Nursing, Business or a Healthcare related discipline preferred. - Certification: BLS/CPR, ACLS certification required, National certification preferred in Medical Surgical or another specialty. - Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant clinical setting required. Previous management experience preferred with demonstrated progressive clinical leadership. Experience in ICU strongly preferred. - Skills: Acute care inpatient Medical Surgical and Neurology experience preferred.
