About the team Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community. As our international organization expands rapidly and becomes more complex, so too does the regulatory and legal environment. We are therefore setting up a new Trust and Safety Regulatory Compliance team to partner with business, legal and compliance teams to implement and deliver content and safety regulations, execute legal and regulatory obligations, and monitor compliance. The Regulatory Delivery and Transparency (RDT) function aims to be the strategic partner of TikTok departments, starting with the Trust & Safety (T&S) team, working in close partnership with relevant Legal and Compliance teams, to best address content and safety regulatory requirements applicable to TikTok.
