Create your best future and join Westpac as a Senior Manager, Business Controls & Monitoring, in Technology - Permanent Full-time - Hybrid working model What’s the role?: As a Senior Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in evaluating, directing, and monitoring first-line risk activities, ensuring Technology risks remain within the Westpac Group’s appetite. You will advise leaders on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to support project delivery and business-as-usual activities. You will also manage risk-related activities across your portfolio and work with our wider Technology and Business BCM teams to support the development and delivery of our risk priorities. What do I need?: - Ability to connect the dots between technology risks and broader business objectives, providing clear context and actionable insights that enable informed decision-making. - Strong knowledge and experience of technology risk and compliance frameworks, and related risks such as cyber and data. - Experience in providing technology risk leadership in both ‘run’ and ‘change’, within large organisations (ideally financial services). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating c...
