The Exercise Specialist/Physical Therapy Aide is a non-licensed caregiver who works under the direction of a Physical Therapist and/or Assistant to aid in the provision of patient care. What You'll Do: - Ensure the condition and cleanliness of treatment rooms and gym area meets standards - Assist clinical staff with patient intervention following plan of care as directed by the PT or PTA. Level of assistance will depend on payer and state guidelines.
