The Operational Radiography Analyst role, located in Albuquerque, NM is an onsite position within NNSA’s NA-84 Office of Nuclear Incident Response, Nuclear Emergency Support Team’s (NEST) Standards & Training Program (NSTP). This role serves to support the NSTP team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Evaluate transmitted field diagnostics data for accuracy. - Interact with responders in the field to improve data quality as needed - Interact with the Joint Technical Operations Team (JTOT) and NSTP Standards division to ensure data accuracy standards are met. - Collaborate with the NSTP Curriculum Development and Training teams to ensure training activities and exercises are well coordinated with the THT. - All other duties as assigned. - Approximate travel requirement up to 20%. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering/science related field or a H.S. diploma and 6+ years’ experience in direct counter WMD/Rad/Nuc work. - Experience in industrial or medical radiography or other Non-Destructive Assay (NDA) or Examination (NDE). - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. - Willingness to work in an environment that c...
