Summary Job Description: Nursing Assistant – PRN Assists patients with activities of daily living and provides nursing care to patients considering the special needs of pediatric and geriatric patients when indicated, assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse of the team/and or unit. Requirements: - Personal hygiene, routine vital signs, routine care. - Routine procedures based on scope of practice outlined in skills checklist. - Documentation of patient care in EMR based on scope of practice. - Must be enrolled in CCDP program Preferred Requirements: - Successful completion of an Approved Aide Training Program is preferred.
