THE ROLE: The primary responsibility of the Quality Administrator is to assist in monitoring, reporting and improving service quality, safety and regulatory compliance, including support to clinical governance, incident management and audit functions. across Focus Care to ensure compliance with NDIS and Aged Care Standards.
