Global Payroll Specialist Application Deadline: 7 May 2026: Department: People: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: New York, NY: Compensation: $86,000 - $93,000 / year Description: Reports to: VP, People: Location : New York, NY (hybrid) or US Remote - EST (must be based in Eastern Time Zone) - Please note that that local NY based team members are required to work in the office 10–20% of the time. While the majority of the work is conducted remotely for team members based ‘non-local’ to NYC, all team members are expected to be available to attend key on-site events 2-4 times per year in the NY office. The onsite weeks are scheduled in advance and travel expenses are covered by the business. Hours/Status: Full-Time, exempt: Salary (USD): $86,000-$93,000 for 'local' New York based (or within commuting distance from our NYC office) team members; $78,000-$85,000 for US Remote-based team members - The core working hours for this role are 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST Monday-Friday, however, as part of a global team, you'll be working closely with colleagues and external partners in the UK, which may require a slightly earlier start time on limited occasion.
