Key Responsibilities: - Home Delivery Support : Advise customers on freight availability for delivery or collection, ensuring smooth communication and efficient service. Maintain compliant customer texting, following up as required to ensure efficiency. - Time slot bookings : Collaborate with the Fleet team to optimise time slot bookings and delivery schedules. Coordinate freight paperwork, manage depot freight. - Equipment Control : Ensure all inbound containers are scanned into depot and ensure accurate recording on inbound ancillary equipment in S2. - Daily Movement Sheet : Check DMR and Freight Web daily...
