Description Lead Batter Installer: Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Journeyman Electrician specializing in Renewable Energy to join our Vacaville team. This role is about more than just technical mastery; we are looking for a professional who takes pride in superior customer service. You will lead the installation and commissioning of residential solar PV and advanced battery systems (Tesla, Enphase, FranklinWH) while acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for our homeowners. Key Responsibilities: •Customer Engagement: Serve as the on-site lead, providing homeowners with clear project updates, walkthroughs of their new system, and expert answers to technical questions. •System Installation & Integration: Expertly bend conduit (EMT/PVC) and install inverters, disconnects, and sub-panels with a focus on clean aesthetics and home integrity. •Advanced Battery Commissioning: Program and commission Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS); educate customers on how to monitor their energy via mobile apps. •Main Panel Upgrades (MPU): Perform comprehensive panel upgrades and "de-rate" breakers to ensure full NEC compliance for solar back feed. •Technical Troubleshoo...
