Love being the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly? We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Customer Onboarding Advisor to support our Freight onboarding and implementation team helping deliver a seamless start for new customers and making sure our internal processes stay tight, current and customer ready. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced problem solving, supporting stakeholders, improving processes, and being at the centre of customer onboarding activity. What You’ll Be Doing: Respond to Sales onboarding enquiries and troubleshoot questions fast. Maintain onboarding documentation, FAQs and process updates. Manage the Implementation Team SharePoint and keep content current. Administer DocuSign access, templates and compliance requirements. Support reporting, data requests and onboarding administration. Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. What You’ll Bring: Strong admin and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
