As our Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the way we run, scale, and optimise our commercial engine. You’ll own our GTM tooling, create scalable processes, and bring data-driven decision-making to life across the sales organisation. Tasks: What you’ll be doing: Your work will directly impact how we scale and operate as a commercial team. Here’s what that looks like: - Drive revenue and performance through data – Build dashboards, reports, and performance to identify commercial growth levers. Use your insights to drive core SaaS KPIs. - Own and manage our GTM toolstack – including Attio , Clay , Calendly , and Aircall – and ensure seamless integrations with systems like BigQuery and Segment. - Optimize processes – Identify inefficient workflows and design CRM automations and playbooks that make our sales team faster and smarter. - Support commercial initiatives – Collaborate with Sales and Mark...
