Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Review and develop construction cost budgets for feasibility Studies, Preliminary, Schematic, Design documents & Construction document budgets in support for client construction projects Cost report management and monthly reporting Compare budget costs to benchmark pricing information, analyze quantities and scope items as well as assist in value engineering Provide support during general contractor and architect sourcing, while also participating in both the general contractor and architect interviews, bid leveling process, recommendation & award.
