Description The Registered Nurse will work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care in a compassionate and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have clinical experience in women's health or obstetrics/gynecology and a commitment to providing exceptional care to women throughout all stages of life. Responsibilities: Documentation and Charting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including nursing assessments, care plans, progress notes, and documentation of patient education and counseling. Ensure compliance with documentation standards and regulatory requirements. - Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status, including medical history, vital signs, and physical examinations.
