Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in software development. - 3 years of experience as a team technical lead, or system architect. - Experience with large-scale, high-throughput, low-latency, real-time event processing systems. - Experience with C++. Preferred qualifications: - Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. - Experience in developing and optimizing high-performance, low-latency, event-driven real-time backend systems. - Familiarity with machine learning systems and development lifecycle, including model training, testing, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
