Job Overview Marvin Composites is hiring a Quality Analyst at the Fargo, ND plant. As a Quality Analyst, you’ll help make sure our products meet customer and quality requirements before they leave the plant. This role focuses on checking products through inspection and testing to make sure they meet quality requirements. You’ll review results, make decisions on product acceptance, and share those decisions with the right people. You’ll work closely with production to address issues when products don’t meet specs and help improve quality processes over time. Schedule: - 12hr Rotating Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:45 PM - Week 1 (36hrs): Sun, Wed, Thur - Week 2 (48hrs): Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat - Enjoy a 3-day weekend every other week!
