Director of Reflections/Memory Care Coordinator We are seeking a caring, dedicated and experienced LPN nurse supervisor to become the Director of Reflections, our dedicated Alzheimer’s and dementia Memory Care Neighborhood at our beautiful and luxurious community of The Bristal Assisted Living at North Hills. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and success of the Reflections Program, including planning, organizing and coordinating special needs programs. You will also provide team member supervision and training, and act as a liaison and advocate for our residents and their families. This is a hands-on position requiring occasional participation in assisting residents with ADLs.
