The Change Management Specialist will drive operational excellence by analyzing marketing department workflows, gathering and translating requirements, and enabling technology-led improvements across department projects and initiatives. Acting as a bridge between internal teams, the role blends hands-on project delivery with adoption and change management to deliver measurable gains in process improvement, efficient project execution, and quality output. By leveraging your creative problem-solving skills, client service mindset, and ability to think strategically about process improvements, you will be a core member of our new and growing marketing operations team.
