Due to continued growth, we are seeking an organised, proactive and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our growing HR team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment and thrives on building strong relationships across a diverse workforce. Experience within a manufacturing environment will be highly regarded. About the Role: Reporting to the HR & Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations across the business while ensuring HR processes are delivered efficiently, professionally and compliantly.
