Description The Sports Director oversees the overall management and operation of Youth and Adult Sports programming. This position has responsibility for budget development and control, recruitment and training of staff and volunteers, programming, equipment maintenance, quality checks, enforcing safety standards and other policies and procedures, ensuring high standards of program quality as well as member and participant retention rate. The Sports Director will also be responsible for expanding our service area to surrounding communities. *Starting salary is $43,000 per year Duties and Responsibilities: The incumbent must have the competencies, skills and proven leadership ability to successfully carry out the association's mission, goals, and visions for serving the community.
