The Position: Assistant Coach, Women's Basketball Job Summary: Position Overview: Muhlenberg College, a Division III institution and a member of the Centennial Conference is seeking applications for a full-time Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach. Responsibilities include assisting the head coach in all phases of the program within the college, conference, and NCAA rules and regulations. Characteristic Duties & Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Coaching & Creating a Positive Student-Athlete Experience - Under the general direction of the head coach, provide leadership and support to all facets of the program in advancing the mission of the College and Athletics department. - Assist in administering a competitive NCAA Division III program in accordance with college, NCAA, and Centennial Conference policies. - Coach, motivate, counsel, and support student-athletes in realizing their potential for personal growth and development as students, athletes, and members of the Muhlenberg campus community. - Assist head coach in developing and delivering practices, training sessions, team meetings, and contests. - Assist in film analysis with individual and te...
