Job Overview: Komatsu is seeking an experienced Field Technician Lead to serve as the technical and operational lead supporting electric drive haul truck operations at mine sites. This role is responsible for guiding and supporting field technicians, providing hands‑on troubleshooting expertise, and acting as the primary liaison between the mine and Komatsu service teams. The Field Technician Lead plays a critical role in ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and maintaining strong customer relationships through proactive communication, technical leadership, and forward‑thinking problem solving. Candidates with strong supervisory experience and deep electric drive truck knowledge will be highly valued, particularly those who demonstrate initiative, accountability, and the ability to lead.
