Description Job Summary: The Basic X-Ray Machine Operator (BXMO) provides professional clinical care for patients following established standards and practices. This position performs diagnostic imaging tests, prepares patients, operates x-ray machines and ensures patient safety during procedures. Assist patients with compassion and empathy. Provides quality patient care under the direct supervision of the Providers while directly reporting to the Regional Office Supervisor. Requirements: Job Responsibilities: - Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations - Perform radiological duties in compliance with the objectives and policies of the organization and respective state laws governing such action and activities - Prepare patients for imaging procedure by explaining the process, answering questions and ensuring they are comfortable and positioned correctly - Take x-rays following established procedures for patient care and safety as directed by the Provider; ensure high quality images to aid in accurate diagnosis, which may involve adjusting equipment settings and positioning patients appr...
