As a Senior Consultant, Talent Acquisition, you will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for mid‑ to senior‑level roles within Canadian Banking and Tangerine. You will partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers, from intake through to hiring decisions, to ensure the selection of top talent for their teams. Is this role right for you? In this role, you will: Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for portfolios within Canadian Banking and Tangerine, including intake sessions, candidate communication, interviews, assessments, offer management, negotiation, and salary/benefit exception discussions. Support complex business lines by partnering with senior leaders, HRBPs, and hiring managers to understand needs and deliver effective hiring strategies. Manage compensation negotiations with candidates and collaborate with Total Rewards as needed.
